X Ads has less mature measurement infrastructure than Google or Meta. The algorithm has less behavioral data to optimize on. The platform is more volatile. These are real limitations and they affect how you should build an agent for it. Specifically, the agent has to do more of its own reasoning because it cannot lean on the platform’s optimization the way you can on Meta or Google.
Cross-channel attribution for X
The attribution setup for X follows the same pattern as every other channel. Every incoming visitor is parsed and identified by traffic source, channel, and campaign. Your attribution model assigns credit to each touchpoint, deduplicated across both paid and organic channels. The key is having campaign-level attribution on all revenue movement metrics: new customers, expansion, churn, contraction, reactivation.
